drop off / pick up procedures


What to expect at drop-off:

Location: St. Mark Catholic Church, 96th and Federal

Drop off is Wednesday, August 5 from 5:15p-9:15p and again  on Thursday, August 6th from 930am-2pm.  You do not need an appointment for drop off.
Sort clothing by size and gender. Your clothing should be hung on hangers prior to drop off. We do not provide hangers. Please review the merchandise preparation guidelines for details.

We will deduct your $10 consignor fee from your check.

Your items will be inspected for acceptability and proper tagging. Items not acceptable for consignment will be returned to you at this time. 
We are accepting Fall/Winter clothing/shoe items as well as Back-to-School children's items including short sleeved shirts, skirts, etc ( but no shorts please...save those for the Spring sale)

After screening, you will put your clothing on the selling floor by size, gender and type. Toys will be placed on tables, books on bookshelves, etc.

Sign a waiver.

Sign a car seat waiver,if you are selling a car seat,stating that it has not been recalled and has never been in an accident.

Pick up your consignor pre-sale pass!

Please allow at least 30 minutes for drop off!


What to expect at pick-up:

If you are not donating your unsold items, Pick up is Sunday, August 9 from 7:30pm-9:15pm ONLY. We are unable to make exceptions, due to building scheduling.

Items will already be sorted by consignor number for easy pick up.

Please check the lost and found table for items that have missing tags.

Items not picked up by 9:15pm will be donated to Catholic Charities of Denver.

VERY IMPORTANT! If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you. You will need to indicate their name on your consignor waiver.
