What to expect at drop-off:

Location: National Western Complex
(I-70 and Brighton Road)
The sale is located in Stadium Hall 1, behind the Hall of Education.  Click here for a map of the complex. 

Drop off is Wednesday, September 9 from 3p-830p and Thursday September 10th from 930-1230pm. You do not need an appointment to drop off your items during either of these times. We are not able to accomodate drop off past the 12:30pm deadline on Thursday.


Sort clothing by size and gender. Your clothing should be hung on hangers prior to drop off. We do not provide hangers. Please review the merchandise preparation guidelines for details.  NEW:  maternity brand limits, shoe quantity limits, and a $2 minumum price for hanging clothing. 
We will only accept new stuffed animals, with tags.

We will deduct your $10 consignor fee from your check.

Your items will be inspected for acceptability and proper tagging. Items not acceptable for consignment will be returned to you at this time.

After screening, you will put your clothing on the selling floor by size, gender and type. Toys will be placed on tables, books on bookshelves, etc.

Sign a waiver.

Sign a car seat waiver,if you are selling a car seat,stating that it has not been recalled, has never been in an accident, and is less than 5 years old

Pick up your consignor and friend pre-sale pass for the presale at 5:15 on September 10th, and your free parking pass for the duration of the sale.

Please allow at least 30 minutes for drop off!

What to expect at pick-up:

Pick up is Sunday evening, September 13  from 730p-9p. .
Items will already be sorted by consignor number for easy pick up.

Please check the lost and found table for items that have missing tags.

Items not picked up by 9:01pm on Sunday, September 13 will be donated to Catholic Charities of Denver. .

VERY IMPORTANT! If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you.
You will need to indicate this on your consignor form, or we will not be able to release your items to them. You will not receive a reminder phone call if you have not picked up your unsold items during the pick up times. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
