Volunteer Presale Information:

Volunteers Shop FIRST! Volunteer team leads will shop first, volunteers who work 12 hours will shop next, followed by volunteers who work 6 hours and then, volunteers who work 3 hours.  Remember to see Tracey at the Check-In to pick up your volunteer pre-sale pass to shop the presale. They will be available when you are dropping off your clothing and items during our Consignor Drop Off.

We ask that you follow the guidelines of one person per pass - no husbands, mothers, pregnant friends, etc. will be permitted to attend the volunteer presale without a pass.  Children, other than infants in slings or carriers are not allowed at the Volunteer presales.

Consignor Presale Information

Consignors:  
Consignors must have a Presale pass to enter and shop the  presale on Thursday, September 10 at 5:15p. We allow consignors to bring one guest.  They may enter at the same time as the consignor or you may separate the presale pass and they may come on their own. Children, other than infants in slings or carriers,  are not allowed during the private presales on Thursday evening. 

 Bring your laundry baskets/plastic bin while you wait for the doors to open and visit with other bargain hunters. FUN! FUN! FUN!

Children:
Although non-walking infants are welcome to attend, we still strongly urge you to find someone to watch your precious child as your shopping experience will greatly improve without the added responsibility. Children other than infants are not allowed in the presales on Thursday evening. 

First Time Parent and Grandparent, Teacher and Military Mom Presale Information First time parents and grandparents, teachers and military families with prior registration, and one guest will be admitted.   You will need to give your name at the door, we will have you on the list. The Military/Teacher presales require either a Military or Teacher  ID. Children, other than infants in slings and carriers, are not allowed to attend the private presales on Thursday. Who qualifies for the First Time Parent/Grandparent presale?  The FTP presale is on Thursday, September 10th at 7:15p. All first time parents with a child under the age of 12 months or are expecting/adopting their first child and have not attended a FTP presale in the past.  All first time grandparents with a grandchild under the age of 12 months or are expecting their first grandchild and have not attended a FTP presale in the past.  Please register and be prepared to show ID at the door. Who qualifies for the Military Families presale? The Military Families presale is on Thursday, Sept 10 at 6:30p. All active duty military/dependent spouses qualify.  Please register and be prepared to shop Military ID at the door. Who qualifies for the Teacher presale? The Teacher presale is on Thursday, Sept 10 at 6:30p. All current teachers.  Please register and be prepared to show Teacher ID at the door.
