SUPPORT TO HELP YOU GROW:
JBF offers support to our franchisees in a two-fold process:
1. One-on-One support through our Ambassador (mentoring) program.
2. Collective support through our ongoing SMART groups.
Both of these support programs allow our franchisees to move past initial growth levels quickly with less assumed risk than those trying to grow their sale on their own or with limited Franchisor support.
NATIONAL DESTINATION CONFERENCES FOR CONTINUED NETWORKING:
Each year JBF hosts a national conference, inviting all franchisees to a networking extravaganza. This serves as one of the single-most attended brainstorming/idea exchanges of the year. Franchisees learn from proven industry experts to help grow their sales through to Top Achiever status—franchisees earning a minimum of $100,000 per sale up to those grossing over $700,000 per sale per season.
