Someone will be there to direct you where to park.  Click HERE to view map.

Prior to Drop-Off:
1.  Arrange clothing according to size and gender.
2.  Bring items clean, hung and tagged (best if ironed).
3.  Verify your Consignor #, Star is present (if applicable), “Donate” (if applicable), Size & Price is printed (multiple item pieces should only have one barcoded tag with a price, additional tags must be manual tags with no price).
4.  Verify your 2-hour Breakdown Volunteer Shift if you are picking up unsold items.
5.  Make sure tags are pinned to upper right hand corner of clothing or with a tagging gun, you can pin through the item's size tag.  Place a piece of clear packing tape over safety pins for added security.  For non-clothing items, use clear packing tape to tape the top of the tag only (do not cover the barcode with tape).
6.  The hanger hook should make a “question mark” – hook to left.  Check out our Merchandise Prep page for additional instructions.
