Who, What, When, Where & How

Who?
Anyone with items to sell can participate as a consignor! All you need are "gently used" items to sell in order to receive a minimum of 65/70% of the profits from the total sale, less a $10 consignor fee. To earn 70% you will need to volunteer 3 hours or participate in a barter.

What?
Just Between Friends Consignment sells all children's, teen and maternity clothing. But it's not just about clothes, don't forget the toys, juvenile bedding and furniture, strollers, cribs, books, outside play equipment, and much more... Household wood furniture is also accepted.  JBF is unable to accept out-of-date, soiled, or torn items, Misses or Adult Clothing!   No antiques, please.  Click on the Merchandise Prep link for the specifics.

When?
Just Between Friends holds a Spring and Fall sale every year.  Every year you'll have two opportunities to make $$$ and save on clothing and toys for your family. Along with the toys, furniture and other items, each sale accepts seasonal clothing only!  The upcoming Fall sale is scheduled for Sept. 12-19th, 2009 at the Sequoia Mall.  JBF will be accepting Fall/Winter clothing.   Additional days are provided for volunteers, consignors and first time moms to participate in a pre-sale event. 

Where?
You prepare your items at home. Once you have sorted, hung, and priced your items - you'll bring them to the sale location during your pre-determined drop-off time (Sequoia Mall, Next to Movie Theatres).  Click on the Drop-off / Pick-up link for drop-off details.You'll need  to Sign-Up online to receive a consignor number BEFORE you make your price tags.  If you are unable to use the online features, please contact us. Create your tags  at  www.myjbftags.com.

How?
Go to the Online Sign-up link to register.  Both new consignors and previous consignors need to confirm participation for each sale.  If you can not sign-up online, please contact us.

Money?
Don't forget about the money! As a consignor, you'll receive 65/70% of the profits from your sales. If you get 3 friends to become consignors who are new to JBF and bring at least 20 items to sell, you will make 75% profit!  All consignors receive one a pre-sale pass & 2 friend passes to shop before the public. If you volunteer during the sale, you can improve your pre-sale entrance time.

To busy to consign?

Have your items prepared and tagged for you. You wil make a reduced percentage for this convienient service, you will earn 50% of sales (instead of 65%) minus the $10 consignor fee.

You still qualify for any bonus programs like our refer a friend. All of your items must be free of stains,holes and toys must have all working parts and batteries.

VIP tagging is available only to a limited number of consignors for each sale. Dropoff for VIP tagging will end two weeks prior to the sale. Email me to reserve your space.
