About JBF

Northern Colorado

We’re Stefanie and Danielle Saucedo, parents and grandparents who know how quickly kids outgrow clothes, toys, and gear—and how fast those expenses add up.

Before discovering Just Between Friends, we were holding onto bins of outgrown items while constantly shopping for the next sizes and stages. JBF showed us a better way: clear space at home, earn money from items no longer needed, and save on everything our families needed next.

Today, we’re proud to bring Just Between Friends to Northern Colorado, helping local families buy, sell, and save together. Each season, families turn clutter into cash, find great deals on quality children’s items, and support one another through a community-driven event. Our goal is simple: help families create space, save money, and say “yes” to what their growing kids need.

Their mission is rooted in compassion, dignity, and community support—ensuring that children have access to the items they need to thrive while helping parents stretch limited budgets. By partnering with local organizations, schools, and service agencies, Gifts from the Heart connects donated items with families who need them most.

At Just Between Friends Northern Colorado, we're proud to partner with Gifts from the Heart to give donated items a second life. Unsold items donated by our consignors help support local families, reduce waste, and strengthen our community long after the sale ends. Is it free to get in and open to the public?

Yes, we are open to the public. General admission is $3 on our public sale days, but you can get a free ticket online.

How can I shop early?

The Presale gives shoppers the opportunity to shop before we open to the public. Free presale tickets are given to our sellers, team members, expecting parents, and hometown heroes (teachers, first responders, adoptive/foster & military families). If you work or sell with us, you get to bring a guest with you to the presale!

Can I shop early even if i’m not one of those people mentioned above?

Yes! We have Platinum, Gold, and Prime Time tickets so that you can shop before we open to the public. Experienced JBF shoppers will tell you it’s 100% worth the ticket price to shop early, which means you get the best selection and the best deals!

How often does this sale happen?

The sale only happens 2-3 times a year. You can’t afford to miss it!

What kinds of items will be at the sale?

Anything for kids & baby! Clothing & shoes sizes newborn to teen and maternity. Baby gear (strollers, car seats, swings, highchairs, bouncers – you name it!), nursery furniture, indoor & outdoor toys, books, games, feeding & bathing items, bedding, room decor, sports equipment, electronics, costumes and so much more at prices up to 50-90% off retail!

Do I need a ticket to shop?

Early Access shopping times require a ticket. These shopping sessions give ticket holders the opportunity to shop before General Admission Public Shopping days and enjoy the best selection.

For General Admission Public Shopping timeframes, you do not need a ticket and will not be turned away if you arrive without one. However, we encourage all shoppers to claim a free or paid ticket in advance. Tickets act as an RSVP, helping us plan staffing levels, manage shopper flow, and reduce wait times.

Claiming a ticket is quick, free for most shopping times, and helps create a better shopping experience for everyone.

Who can shop during the Early Access times?

Early Access tickets give shoppers the opportunity to shop before General Admission Public Shopping

Days. Free Early Access tickets are given to our sellers, team members, and the following:

First-Time Parents, Grandparents, and Adoptive/Foster Parents
Teachers, Educators, and Home School Parents
Girl/Boy Scouts, Vendors, Sponsors, Community Partners
Military, First Responders, and Health Care Families

**If you work or sell with us, you get to invite three guests**

How often does the sale happen?

The sale is a four-day event and only happens twice a year. One in the Spring and the other in the Fall. You can't afford to miss it!

Families typically save 50%-90% off retail prices when shopping at Just Between Friends. Whether you're shopping for everyday clothing, shoes, toys, books, baby gear, or larger items like strollers, nursery, and outdoor play items, you'll find thousands of quality items at a fraction of the cost buying new.

Since kids grow so quickly, it makes sense to pass along quality items that still have plenty of life left in them to another family. Even better, many of our consignors selling use their earnings to purchase what their children need for the next season, creating a simple, sustainable way for families to save money while giving great items a second life.

Is it difficult to sell with JBF?

Not at all! We offer several selling options to fit your schedule, comfort level, and goals. Whether you want to maximize your earnings, save time, or simply clear out items quickly, there's an option for you.

Do It Yourself Seller
Want the highest return? Use our free online tagging system to price and tag your own items. You'll earn 60–70% of your sales, depending on your participation level.

Valet Seller
Short on time? Let an experienced consignor do the sorting, pricing, and tagging for you. You'll approve the items and pricing, and earn 45%–50% of the selling price.

JBF Now
Need items gone quickly? We may be able to purchase select items directly from you. Earn up to 25% of retail value (or 30% in JBF Bucks) and skip the waiting.
