Is it free to get in and open to the public?

Yes, we are open to the public. General admission is $3 on our public sale days, but you can get a free ticket online.

How can I shop early?

The Presale gives shoppers the opportunity to shop before we open to the public. Free presale tickets are given to our sellers, team members, expecting parents, and hometown heroes (teachers, first responders, adoptive/foster & military families). If you work or sell with us, you get to bring a guest with you to the presale!

Can I shop early even if i’m not one of those people mentioned above?

Yes! We have Platinum, Gold, and Prime Time tickets so that you can shop before we open to the public. Experienced JBF shoppers will tell you it’s 100% worth the ticket price to shop early, which means you get the best selection and the best deals!

How often does this sale happen?

The sale only happens 2-3 times a year. You can’t afford to miss it!

What kinds of items will be at the sale?

Anything for kids & baby! Clothing & shoes sizes newborn to teen and maternity. Baby gear (strollers, car seats, swings, highchairs, bouncers – you name it!), nursery furniture, indoor & outdoor toys, books, games, feeding & bathing items, bedding, room decor, sports equipment, electronics, costumes and so much more at prices up to 50-90% off retail!

Is the sale event open to the public?

Yes - we are open to the public. General admission is $5 at the door, but you can get a FREE ticket on our website.

Early Access is an exclusive opportunity to shop at Just Between Friends BEFORE we open for general admission. Early Access tickets are for sale to the public -- entry times vary by ticket chosen. Click 'shop the sale' for more information and to get yours.

What forms of payment do you take?

We are grateful if you can pay in cash but also accept major credit & debit cards and apple/google tap to pay. Please note a convenience fee applies to non-cash payments.

Can I bring a stroller or wagon to the sale?

Yes, strollers and wagons are allowed Thursday-Saturday*, and they are a big help! We reserve the right to tag your stroller/wagon on the way in and check it on the way out.

We also have large bags you may use while shopping and a hold area.

*For Early Access on Wednesday, we allow wagons for shopping, but currently do not allow strollers.

Are children allowed at the sale?

Children are allowed at the sale Thursday - Saturday.

Under 18 years old are free and do not require a ticket if they are with an adult. For their safety, children must remain by your side at ALL times.

Are there perks to being on the staff?

Yes! There are lots of perks to being on our fun team!

We host this community sale every May and September.

What are your top shopping tips?

1 - Make a list

Make a list of what your kids will need for the next two seasons. Outline your kids' feet on a piece of paper for shoe-sizing, and use curling ribbon to measure pants length. Don't forget holidays and birthdays too! JBF is a great place to get gifts for a reduced price.

2 - Get Your Tickets Early

Claim your FREE general admission tickets ahead of time! You can avoid paying for a ticket at the door when you get a free ticket online. Want the best selection? Get an Early Access ticket to shop on the first day! These tickets always sell out so get yours now to shop before hundreds of other shoppers. Don't forget a ticket for your shopping partner (your mom or your bestie, or even your whole shopping group). It's always more fun to shop with friends!

3 - Bring a wagon or stroller

JBF shoppers know this is their chance to stock up! On general admission days, feel free to bring a wagon, cart, or stroller to carry your awesome deals. We also have large bags that you can use for shopping, and a hold area you can use to store items while you continue shopping.
