Hi, I’m Shannon
I get it, raising kids is expensive! That’s why I wanted to bring Just Between Friends to a community that I love—to provide a way for families to take great care of their growing kids by shopping and selling!
My Family
Family is at the heart of everything we do. My husband and I have been married for 26 years and are raising four amazing kids—three boys and one girl. Adoption has always been close to our hearts, and through our foster care journey we’ve been blessed to welcome not only our daughter, but many “bonus babies” along the way. Each child has left a lasting mark on our family, and we’re deeply grateful for the opportunity to love and support them.

My JBF Journey
When I decided to stop teaching, I was looking for something that felt as purposeful. Once I found JBF, I knew that was it. I’ve always loved it as a shopper, seller and worker. Now I get to love it as an owner! And, I get to grow our JBF family!!
Why I love It
JBF is more than a consignment sale—it’s a way to support families, stretch budgets, and make a real impact in our community. It is taking care of our communities by sharing items that still have life in them and keeping them out of our landfills. It is facilitating donations to local non-profits. It is all rooted in kindness and love. I’m honored to bring this incredible resource to local families and to continue paying forward the generosity that meant so much to me and my family.

Is it free to get in and open to the public?
Yes, we are open to the public. General admission is $3 on our public sale days, but you can get a free ticket online.
How can I shop early?
Can I shop early even if i’m not one of those people mentioned above?
How often does this sale happen?
What kinds of items will be at the sale?
If you choose to consign and sell tag/bring 20 or more items, you get to shop in the first group on Thursday! Ticket required.
Not working or selling, but still want to shop as early as possible, you can purchase a $20 ticket online to shop at 11am on Thursday! Paid ticket required.
Are you a local hero? If so, you can shop during our Early Access shopping time, starting at 2pm on Thursday. Time selected ticket required.
