About JBF
Greater Worcester
Hi, I’m Ruth Agbaji, owner of JBF Worcester and JBF Merrimack Valley, mom to two growing kids, entrepreneur, educator, and longtime builder of community-focused businesses.
Before launching JBF in Massachusetts, I spent years building and scaling businesses, including growing a children’s education franchise system to locations across the country. I’ve worked in both technology and entrepreneurship, and today I also teach and speak about business growth, operations, and innovation.
At the heart of everything I do is a passion for helping families. As a mom myself, I understand how quickly kids outgrow clothes, toys, books, sports equipment, and baby gear and how expensive it can be to keep up. JBF became the perfect combination of my professional background in building systems and experiences, and my personal passion for creating something meaningful for local families.
Through our events, hundreds of families are able to earn extra income, save money, and shop more sustainably in a fun, organized, community-driven environment. My goal is to make every JBF sale feel welcoming, helpful, and exciting while creating a positive impact for families across Worcester County and Merrimack Valley.
