We've got options for you!
- Valet Consignors earn 40% of the sale price of their items less a $15 consignor fee. The consignor fee is credited your first time selling. If you consign one or more of the following: high chair, baby swing, pack and play or stroller, you get 75% of the sales of those 4 items.
- Valet consignors can have their $15 consignor fee credited if they work 8 or more hours at the sale. Team members make $14/hr.
- If you can help out at a sorting shift, you earn 45% of your sales.
- If you have more than 300 items, an additional $15 supply fee will be charged. This will go to your valet consignor to be used towards their tagging supply expenses.
- There’s minimal prep work involved AND no upfront costs.
- We connect you with a VIP Tagger and you’ll work directly with her through the process.
- Your tagger will meet up with you to pick up your items.
- Your tagger will prep, price and tag your items.
- Your tagger will store your items and then place the items onto the sales floor.
- As a consignor, you get to shop first before the public and presale pass holders.
- You can choose to have us store any unsold items and bring them to the next sale. Your unsold items (with the exception of mommy mart, room decor and stuffed animals.) will be held for three sales. Our valet program includes participation in three local area JBF sales (Jacksonville, St Augustine and Clay County) only. Our valet program runs provides you multiple opportunities a year to sell your items and purge your house.
- Items MUST be clean, sorted by size and gender, and ready to sell. Toys, game, puzzles, etc. MUST have all pieces together as well as working batteries. Failure to do so will result in your items being returned to you or discarded and possible disqualification in future participation in our valet tagging program.
- Clothing items MUST be sorted by size AND gender before drop-off. Outfits that go together should be together, i.e.: shirt with a matching shorts/pants, coordinating hat or socks, etc. I understand my items must be stain free, no tears/holes, etc. Please see Accepted Items on our website for the list of items we are accepting for this sale.
- All toys must have working batteries. If batteries are not working, and a battery needs to be added to make the toy work) I will be charged $1.00/per battery (this fee will be taken out of my consignor check)* JBF will not accept a bin of mismatched or misc. toy items.
- All items will be marked to reduce. At the discretion of the valet tagger, high value item(s) may be tagged at full price. Mommy Mart items, room decor and stuffed animals will the marked 1/2 price and donate.
- Items will be priced at the discretion of the valet tagger. I understand that no other changes can be made to my items/tags once they have been printed.
- There is a limit of 10 mommy mart items and 10 room decor items per valet consignor, per sale. All mommy mart and room decor items will be marked to reduce and donated. Unsold mommy mart and room decor items will be donated after the first sale and will not be stored.
- Online Consignor waiver must be completed prior to meeting up with your valet tagger
- Pick up of unsold items is the responsibility of each consignor unless other arrangements have been made with the valet tagger. You can choose to have us store any unsold items (up to 3 sales) and we’ll bring them to the next sale.
- All items to be included in the JBF Jacksonville/St Augustine/Clay County valet consignment program will be at JBF management’s discretion. Any items received and deemed unsellable will be disposed of.
- Damaged, stained items
- Recalled items
- Any item that will not fit into a 27gl size tote (example, black/yellow Costco tote). Excludes baby gear and preapproved baby/children’s furniture
- Breakable collectibles
- Glassware
- Bedding larger than full size
- Pillows
- Any homemade items
- Non licensed stuffies
- Pet items
- New and unused lotions and makeup
- Adult books (not including pregnancy or parenting)
- Along with other consignors, valet consignors get to shop first before the public and presale pass holders. Consignors gets to shop Monday and/or Tuesday before the presale begins on Tuesday. Consignors receive a presale pass for themselves and a guest.
- Along with other consignors, valet consignors get to shop the half off items during our seller half off presale before the half off day sale for the public.
There is a limited amount of valet consignor spots available per sale. Once all spots are filled, the valet program will be closed for the upcoming sale. You can be placed on a waiting list for the next sale if requested. If you would like to proceed with valet tagging, please complete the form below. We will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. Our valet tagging coordinator will then contact you to confirm availability and next steps.
