Here in the Bay Area, I help families navigate the constant cycle of kids outgrowing clothes, toys, and gear—without overspending or letting perfectly good items go to waste. I’m Marci Ludwig (mom of two), and I’m so incredibly proud to bring Just Between Friends to our community.
When I discovered a better way to handle the inevitable mountain of outgrown items in my own home, it completely changed how I approached buying for my family. I realized very quickly that you don’t have to pay premium retail prices to give your kids the very best.
Now, I get to help local families turn what they no longer need into extra cash, while finding everything they need for the next season at a fraction of the cost—all in one organized, community-driven event. For me, it’s about more than just a sale; it’s about creating space at home, putting money back into parents’ pockets, and helping families feel confident saying “yes” to the things their kids need and want.
