About JBF
Schaumburg
My JBF journey started back in 2016, when I joined as tech team lead for our very first event. At the time, I was working as business researcher in a graduate program and had no idea what a kids’ consignment sale even was! But I was instantly hooked, watching how many Chicagoland families benefited from what we were building — long before I became a mom myself.
Since that first sale, I’ve been part of every single event (except one — I was busy going into labor!). Over the last 10 years, I’ve watched our community grow thanks to incredible consignors bringing quality kids’ items and a loyal crowd of shoppers and team members who keep coming back. So when the chance to take over the franchise came up in 2025, it just felt like the natural next step.
None of this happens without my amazing JBF family — many of whom have been with us since sale #1. My husband Rahi brings the muscle, alongside a tight-knit crew of family and friends who help raise the racks, run the sale, and stay until the very last item is packed up. Watching everyone come together to build something for hundreds of local families in just two days — that’s the JBF magic.
