I’m Tracy, and I host Just Between Friends St. Louis South County, a seasonal kids consignment event that brings families from across the St. Louis area together. After experiencing firsthand how quickly kids move through each stage, I knew there had to be a simpler, more efficient way to manage it all.

Now, I help families pass along their gently-loved items while we handle the selling, making it easy to turn clutter into cash without the hassle. At the same time, shoppers can find everything their kids need in one organized, high-quality event at a fraction of retail prices. It’s a smarter, more sustainable way to shop and sell, helping St. Louis families save money, stay organized, and confidently say yes to what their kids need.

We’re proud to support Helping Hand Me Downs, a local non-profit serving families across the St. Louis metro area. Their mission is simple but powerful—meeting immediate, everyday needs for children and families, then connecting them with life-changing resources that foster long-term independence. Families referred to their program receive essentials like clothing, coats, shoes, books, and toys—items many of us take for granted but can make a meaningful difference. Referrals come from a trusted network of nurses, social workers, and counselors from over 100 local agencies, ensuring support reaches families who truly need it most. Through our event, sellers have the option to donate their unsold items, which are then shared with organizations like Helping Hand Me Downs. This partnership allows us to extend the impact of our sale beyond the event—supporting local families not just in the moment, but on their journey toward stability and independence. It’s one more way we’re proud to give back to our community.

Is it free to get in and open to the public?

Yes, we are open to the public. General admission is $3 on our public sale days, but you can get a free ticket online.

How can I shop early?

The Presale gives shoppers the opportunity to shop before we open to the public. Free presale tickets are given to our sellers, team members, expecting parents, and hometown heroes (teachers, first responders, adoptive/foster & military families). If you work or sell with us, you get to bring a guest with you to the presale!

Can I shop early even if i’m not one of those people mentioned above?

Yes! We have Platinum, Gold, and Prime Time tickets so that you can shop before we open to the public. Experienced JBF shoppers will tell you it’s 100% worth the ticket price to shop early, which means you get the best selection and the best deals!

How often does this sale happen?

The sale only happens 2-3 times a year. You can’t afford to miss it!

What kinds of items will be at the sale?

Anything for kids & baby! Clothing & shoes sizes newborn to teen and maternity. Baby gear (strollers, car seats, swings, highchairs, bouncers – you name it!), nursery furniture, indoor & outdoor toys, books, games, feeding & bathing items, bedding, room decor, sports equipment, electronics, costumes and so much more at prices up to 50-90% off retail!

Do I need a ticket to shop?

JBF is not your everyday shopping trip. It's your once-a-season chance to stock up on everything your growing kids need for the next six months. With so many families making the smart choice to save $$$ during the JBF sale, we use tickets to manage flow during each day of the event. Grab tickets for you and a friend today!

How can I shop earlier?

Get in on our Early Access shopping days by purchasing a ticket. Or, become a Seller to shop first!
